We invite you to join us for a beautiful evening of mingling with your fellow BTVAR members and conducting Association business.

Our Reimagined Membership and Election Event will be our original night and time, but now at The Bristol Hotel! 

When: Thursday, Sept 4th, from 5 - 7 PM   

Where: The Bristol Hotel 115 Country Music Wy, Bristol, VA 24201   << Now at a New Location!! << 

Business at hand: 2026 Election of Officers & Directors, Proposed Bylaws changes, and 2026 Proposed Budget

Online voting will be available for those unable to attend the event. An email with all items for vote will be forthcoming

Event will include light hors d'oeuvres and a Cash Bar, then head to LUMAC Rooftop Bar afterward to keep the party going!
